Nutrition Accountability – 6 week Fall 2021 group program

Whether your current goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or an overall healthier approach to eating, I invite you to join my 6 week group nutrition program.

Note: I am limiting participation in this group to 10 people.

Program details & dates:

  1. This program will run from Wednesday September 8/21 – Wednesday October 13/21 ( 6 weeks total)
  2. At the onset of the program, I will provide macros and calorie targets (based on the goals you provide) along with 1 sample day of eating customized to your macros and goals based on foods you like and/or are currently eating.  Of course, you do not have to follow this sample day of eating, but it will help give you an idea of how/where to spread out your macros.
  3. This accountability program will be based on what I have written in my Macros 101 document (to be provided). If you have never tracked your food before, this will be a great opportunity to learn, and find out how doing so can help you reach your goals all while encouraging others in the group to do the same and also receiving their support to help motivate you!

 

You will need:

  • An app or spreadsheet to track your food and macros (I recommend using MyFitnessPal – details about using MFP are included in Macros 101)
  • A food scale to help you weigh your portions

 

Each week, you will have an email check-in with me which will include:

  • Answering a few questions about your week of eating, tracking and meeting your weekly macros, challenges and successes. I will review weekly and make changes to your macros/calories as needed to continue progress. Of course, you are welcome to email me at anytime with questions or challenges you may be having.
  • An update of your scale weight for the past week (you will track this daily and submit weekly – we will track daily so you can learn about “why” the scale fluctuates daily)
  • Progress photos of a front/side/back shot will be sent to me at the beginning of the challenge, at the 3 week mark, and at the end. The scale is one tool used to determine progress, but photos are even more important to track body changes. These photos will be kept completely confidential.

The intention of this program is to not only follow a macros and calories goal, but to provide an accountability component to help motivate you towards your goal.
